Mavis Tire Supply is seeking highly motivated and skilled Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing tire services, and ensuring our customers' vehicles are operating safely.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed hourly rate and weekly bonus payments tied to your performance. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new tires and wheels
  • Perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting customer-promised delivery times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work 5 days per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
