About the Role

Stryten Energy is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our maintenance work order database, tracking repairs, and creating a preventative maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Track and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts room.
  • Prepare daily reports on completed and incomplete preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Identify and address equipment downtime and failure trends.
  • Create and manage schedules for preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate with production supervisors to ensure smooth scheduling of maintenance tasks.
  • Responsible for scheduling and managing maintenance crews.
Requirements
  • Prior industrial experience required.
  • Preferred: Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with continuous improvement efforts and projects using Toyota Production System and/or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Master Green Belt certification.
  • Battery or charger manufacturing experience.
Competencies and Skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems and programs like databases (maintenance systems), as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organization, administrative, and time management skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
