Position Overview:
TGK Automotive Specialists is a reputable, locally-owned enterprise dedicated to serving our clients with integrity and transparency since its inception. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch repair and service at competitive rates, with a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Sales and Service Consultant.
The Sales and Service Consultant plays a vital role as the primary representative of our business, serving as the main liaison for clients throughout their vehicle repair and maintenance journey.
Our approach emphasizes honesty and partnership, allowing us to foster enduring relationships with clients while consistently delivering a 5-star service experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling all products and services offered by our company, adhering to established standards and expectations.
Compensation Package:
$60,000/Yr. - $80,000/Yr. BASED ON EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in-person and over the phone, utilizing standardized customer service protocols.
Actively listen to and accurately document customer concerns; inspect vehicles and reference service history to effectively identify and confirm customer service requirements.
Clearly convey any additional suggestions from the Automotive Technician to the customer, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Ensure all recommendations are properly documented in the customer file.
Encourage the sale of relevant services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the products and their associated service needs.
Offer customers precise quotes that detail costs and estimated completion times for approved services.
Follow established procedures when processing customer transactions, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining applicable warranties.
Monitor all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
Perform other duties as assigned
The Sales and Service Consultant is expected to comply with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and demonstrate behaviors that align with Company Standards and Expectations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Service Consultant is advantageous, but not mandatory
Professional demeanor and proven ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire
Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday through Friday
