About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the equipment and grounds of the restaurant to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Sweep and clean the parking lot, including removing trash and watering plants.
  • Clean customer restrooms, restock paper towels and toilet paper, and ensure the area is well-maintained.
  • Sweep and mop the store front and back of house, and empty trash cans.
  • Clean windows and ledges, and wipe down smudges from walls in customer areas.
  • Clean the ice cream area and patio, ensuring a clean and inviting space for customers.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
