Porter

At Al Serra Auto Plaza, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership grounds and supporting our Sales and Service staffs in providing exceptional customer experiences.

• Transport customers and dealership personnel as required, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• Assist with the delivery of vehicles to storage areas and other locations, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
• Provide assistance in maintaining the dealership grounds, including cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
• Maintain vehicles as needed, including fuel fill and interior/exterior cleanliness, to ensure they are presented in a professional and appealing manner.
• Drive off-site to run dealership errands as required, utilizing your excellent navigation and time management skills.

• Integrity, drive, and a team player mentality are essential for success in this role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk, or stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
• Pre-employment drug test is mandatory.
• Minimum of 18 years old with a current, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Background check and other screens may be required.
