Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Professional to join our team in providing in-home care services to our clients in the Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take their medications and assist with medication administration as needed.
- Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with ambulation and mobility, including transfers and walking assistance.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including conversation, reading, and other activities.
- Documentation: Document changes in client condition and communicate with care managers as needed.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a care-giving role, preferably in a home health setting.
- Certifications: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent required.
