About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement evidence-based care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and function
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
Requirements
  • Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
  • State License for Physical Therapy (or in progress); recent graduates are welcome
