As an Energy Efficiency Specialist with Central Kentucky Community Action Council, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering health and safety improvements to households across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform energy-saving upgrades on residential properties.
  • Maintain and operate specialized tools and equipment.
  • Care for assigned vehicles.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and rooftops.
  • Capacity to lift heavy tools and materials.
  • Good physical stamina to sit/stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Will to undergo all necessary training.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
