Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Evansville, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans and programming for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve social skills.
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers and support staff on behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient care.
- Experience in patient assessment and medical documentation.
- Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Strong data collection and medical records management skills.

- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
