Compassionate Caregiver for Hospice Patients

As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing direct, skilled nursing services in accordance with the Plan of Care under the direction of the RN Case Manager. Your responsibilities will include building trusting, compassionate relationships with your patients and their families, empowering caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one, and collaborating with your care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
