Pediatric Gastroenterology Position at The University of Vermont

The Department of Pediatrics at The University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine is seeking a pediatrician to join the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology. We are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible pediatric gastroenterologist to provide comprehensive pediatric gastroenterology services, including on-call coverage, teaching, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric gastrointestinal disorders
  • Teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students in pediatric gastroenterology
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Engage in research and educational scholarship, with opportunities for publication and presentation
Requirements:
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in pediatric gastroenterology
  • Strong clinical and teaching skills, with a commitment to excellence in patient care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
