Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Field Supervisor is to coach and develop the performance of field technicians using continuous improvement initiatives. The top priorities are employee engagement, efficiency, safety, quality, and on-time compliance. The Field Supervisor leads by example, proactively supporting field technicians through direct supervision to ensure company and client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly define and communicate daily goals and expectations to field technicians.
  • Promote engagement of field technicians.
  • Lead company safety and quality standards by completing monthly Observations 360 assessments.
  • Complete applicable investigations and report to Area Manager.
  • Implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis findings.
  • Promote corporate service standards and specifications.
  • Report daily performance to Area Manager.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college coursework completion preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of utilities industry experience preferred.
  • A year of managerial experience preferred.
  • BASIC PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE REQUIRED.
Schedule

This is a full-time daytime position with remote mobile office and equipment provided. You must be available to work overtime and some weekends as needed.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
