We are seeking an experienced Pulse Welder to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing success. This individual will use a pulse welder to assemble fabricated metal assemblies efficiently, maximizing production of various garbage truck models.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionThis role involves using a pulse welder to assemble fabricated metal assemblies. The successful candidate will produce strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent. They will follow required procedures, utilize appropriate jigs and fixtures, and weld vertical, flat, and overhead with good penetration. The individual must maintain/produce a level of output that minimizes production delays and operate equipment safely, reporting hazards associated with the equipment or its operation to the appropriate personnel.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• 1 year of experience in welding or fabrication, preferably.
• Good communication skills
• Math skills including fractions and angles.
• Ability to read a tape measurer and angle finder.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and cut lists.
• Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including regular attendance.
