Job Summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families to provide individualized therapy and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
  • Participate in quarterly bonus program for eligible Behavior Technicians and RBTs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with children at their level
  • Reliable transportation and a deep commitment to showing up every day
