  • Investigate and repair a variety of low-slope roof types, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
  • Perform service repairs as needed, utilizing expertise in roofing systems and materials.
  • Conduct small contract jobs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring project completion within budget and timeframe.
  • Perform inspections with minor preventative maintenance repairs, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on repair or inspection status, resolving various issues and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist in all snow and hurricane events, participating in repairs or supervision as needed.
  • Responsible for learning and operating service software (FCS), providing accurate information and ensuring seamless data entry.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial roofing experience as an installer or service technician.
  • Experience as a roofing foreman is highly recommended.
  • Ability to obtain OSHA, Man-lift, and Forklift certifications.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder and lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow).
  • Ability to operate a tablet and smartphone.
  • Weekend and/or overnight travel may be required.
  • A good driving record is essential for this position.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
