Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Supervisor to join our team at the Potomac Center/SETT facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide supervisory oversight of occupational therapy treatments, assessments, and interventions for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapists and assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans, including individual and group interventions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals
  • Monitor and manage the occupational therapy program budget, ordering equipment and supplies as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy
Requirements
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist from the Maryland State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice
  • Four years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
