Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Delegate patient care to other members of the healthcare team as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Current RN Pennsylvania state license or compact license
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
- Professional certifications preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
