Country Club Care Center is seeking a skilled Director of Nursing/Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing requirements, quality assurance, and monitoring of resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices in healthcare.
- Supervise daily staffing requirements, reallocating staff as needed.
- Attend Medicare and Care Plan meetings.
- Participate in the facility's Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement program.
- Assume duties of Director of Nursing in their absence.
Requirements:
- LPN/RN License in the state of Missouri.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
