Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Developmental Representative to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a Sales Developmental Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and supporting the development of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors and registered investment advisors.
- Provide market insights, portfolio construction guidance, and investment product solutions to our customers.
- Collaborate with internal partners and specialist teams to drive new business, retain assets, and grow market share.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
- CIMA or CFA certification desired.
- 2-3 years of field sales experience in the financial services industry highly preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stay organized, be resourceful, and prioritize ongoing sales opportunities.
- Ability to represent multiple product offerings, including mutual funds, model portfolios, ETFs, SMAs, index funds, alternative investments, and retirement solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that translate into a positive client experience.
- Passion for sales and ability to uncover and qualify new opportunities.
