Core Responsibilities:- Crafting and serving beverages for patrons
- Attentively serving food and drinks at the bar
- Ensuring a clean and organized bar environment
- Processing transactions and operating a POS system
- Providing support to other departments as needed
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in a vibrant, casual dining atmosphere
- Knowledge of the complete Fish Market Menu, with the ability to describe ingredients and make recommendations
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possession of a California Food Handler's card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
- Responsible Beverage Service card or the capability to acquire one within 60 days of employment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
