We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Technician+ to join our team at S.T. Wooten Corporation.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires strong mechanical and technical skills, as well as experience working with heavy equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our plant's machinery and equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $78,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrications, to ensure equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications (e.g., welding, electrical).
