Job Summary:

This role involves executing the sourcing process for assigned business categories and implementing policies and programs aimed at securing contracted services and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various departments and internal stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective execution of strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Employ strong communication and negotiation skills to shape sourcing strategies and foster beneficial partnerships, utilizing contract modifications as necessary.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis and assessments to create Requests for Proposals (RFPs), gather quotes, and manage bidding activities.
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to formulate contracts and/or purchase orders with defined service level and performance metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by offering guidance and support throughout the sourcing process.
  • Identify, assess, and nurture relationships with key suppliers to maintain a dependable and strategic supplier network.
  • Continuously investigate and analyze market trends, industry developments, and benchmarking data to derive sourcing insights and remain informed on best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in sourcing services, supply chain management, or contract management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Local candidates are preferred.
