Steelwork Craftsman

Senneca Holdings in Portland, OR seeks a skilled Steelwork Craftsman to join its team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding and fabrication, as well as proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

The Steelwork Craftsman will be responsible for executing various welding tasks with precision and skill, including the fabrication and repair of door frames.

• Study and interpret blueprints or drawings for construction or repair projects.
• Perform basic welding tasks using Mig and Tig techniques.
• Adjust welding equipment to suit different materials.
• Use various tools such as clamps, jigs, flame cutters, plasma cutters, and drills.
• Grind and polish steel to achieve the desired finish.
