  • Build and maintain a network of leaders, landowners, and users in the water sector to enhance organizational profitability.

Additional Duties:

Perform other responsibilities as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Colorado water legislation and the Northern Colorado Water Market.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with government officials, employees, contractors, consultants, and the public.
  • Expertise in conducting water resource research.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Law, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in water resource-related roles; or
  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to the above.

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform all duties in a well-ventilated, well-lit, and temperature-controlled office environment.
  • Some travel may be necessary.
