Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing the financial functions of the company, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing financial teams and developing financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements

- MBA in accounting or finance, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including senior management positions
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
