Job Summary:

This is a Full Time, Day Shift opportunity supporting Northwest Medical Center's Telemetry Department. The Patient Care Technician delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated patient care services in accordance with the PCT's skills/training and the needs of the Department within the Acute Care Setting. The PCT works under the clinical direction of the registered nurse (RN).

Responsibilities:

Perform delegated patient care services in accordance with the PCT's skills/training and the needs of the Department.
Work under the clinical direction of the registered nurse (RN).
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities.

Requirements:

American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS obtained within 30 days of start date.
Licenses/Certifications: Required
