Electrical Quality Inspector

Executive Alliance is seeking a proactive individual to perform electrical evaluations of electronic and electromechanical assemblies and finished products using standard measurement tools and specialized testing equipment. The selected candidate will adhere to and implement final Acceptance Test Procedures, assess product conformity with specifications, and play a vital role in identifying and resolving product and testing equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute inspections of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies following established testing protocols along with personal expertise.
- Diagnose assembly faults down to the PCB level.
- Identify and rectify PCB issues at the component level.
- Recognize and troubleshoot product-equipment system discrepancies.
- Record testing and inspection outcomes in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the ongoing enhancement of testing and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Educational Background
- Proficient in reading and interpreting assembly and PCB schematics in English.
- Capable of executing testing procedures according to published guidelines.
- Adept at operating specialized testing rigs.
- Skilled in using standard measurement instruments such as DVM, Hi-Pot, bonding resistance testers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Experienced in working with both passive and active components, including CPLD and microprocessors.
- Ability to function with minimal technical and administrative oversight.
- Competent in developing enhancements to testing and troubleshooting practices.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate degree or certification in electronics is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience exceeding 5 years may be considered in lieu of formal educational qualifications.
Compensation
Salary Range: $45,800 - $52,000
