Exciting Opportunity at Marathon Staffing

We are seeking reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team as Assembly Line Workers at a leading manufacturer in Conway, South Carolina.

This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining correct component parts and supplies, completing work area set up, and fitting parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and quality standards.

Job Details:

This is a long-term, full-time position with the opportunity for growth. You will work in a safe and clean environment, and we offer on-the-job training, paid weekly, and direct deposit/pay cards available. Health insurance is available immediately upon hire, and there are opportunities for advancement and more.

Responsibilities:

Operate hand tools as required to complete the assembly process, stack completed products in accordance with established procedures, and ensure work area is safe, clean, and organized.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a safe manner, follow specific instructions and directions, and use and operate hand tools and pneumatic equipment. You must be punctual and reliable, and able to do simple math and read a tape measure.
