Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Surgical Center team at Hunterdon Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards of professional nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use surgical skills as a first-line direct patient care treatment team member.
- Assume the surgical treatment team leader when assigned, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Use an understanding of principles of growth and development to assess each surgical patient's age-specific treatment and care.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and certificate and/or Advanced Specialized or Technical Training preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room RN experience.
- Prior Ambulatory Surgical experience is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited NLN program.
- ACLS preferred.
- AORN Certification preferred.
