Position Summary:
We are in search of a results-oriented Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in B2B and manufacturing environments. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for return on investment, and managing customer relationship management systems (HubSpot preferred). Proficiency in technical tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, pay-per-click advertising, and social media marketing is advantageous. You will play a key role in promoting our organizational culture and developing compelling employer branding messages.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies across various channels.
2. Oversee lead generation, tracking, distribution, and qualification processes (experience with CRM systems is preferred).
3. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to enhance marketing initiatives.
4. Advocate for the company culture and craft effective employer branding communications.

Qualifications:
