About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and answering product-related questions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively recommend solutions to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and setting up displays.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with making deliveries as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a wage range of $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
