Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and dismantling equipment such as plastic sheeting, ladders, vacuums, and hoses.
  • Removing grease buildup from kitchen exhaust systems.
  • Pressure washing the interiors of exhaust systems, including fans, ducts, and hoods.
  • Conducting final clean-up tasks in kitchens, including wiping down surfaces and mopping floors.
  • Documenting work performed through digital photography.
  • Independently completing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reporting any mechanical issues with equipment to management.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of tools, equipment, and vehicles at the end of each day.

Position Requirements
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Good driving record that meets insurance standards.
  • Willingness to operate a full-size company vehicle when necessary.
  • Access to a working cell phone for prompt communication.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Dependability and punctuality in attendance.
  • Physical fitness to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Capability to work safely in diverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to complete tasks from start to finish with limited oversight.
  • Quick learning ability for new procedures related to exhaust cleaning.

Skills and Physical Demands
  • Regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Climb ladders and work at heights in confined spaces.
  • Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Work safely with cleaning agents.
