We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team as a Travel Radiopharmaceutical Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia.

About the Job

The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation, as well as providing images and data analysis for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
  • Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
  • Evaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Eighteen months of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
