Job Summary
Zurich North America is looking for a senior actuary to lead the Commercial Auto Pricing team. As a key member of Technical Underwriting, this leader will provide insights for the Commercial Auto Portfolio. The position reports to the Head of Casualty Pricing and works closely with other actuarial teams and Commercial Auto Product Management.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Business Unit Actuarial, Underwriting and Reserving functions to drive business objectives. Develop detailed pricing analysis, including rates, rating plans, and portfolio management strategies. Manage trend analyses, Loss Development Factors, and parameter updates. Provide input to the Technical Virtuous Circle for Auto portfolios and support current pricing tools. Build governance frameworks and monitor pricing performance. Participate in finance and underwriting decision processes and lead, manage, and mentor actuarial staff.

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in the actuarial area, with either FCAS or equivalent international certification. Bachelor's degree required. Experience in Commercial Auto and multiple functional areas is preferred. Proficiency in pricing studies, rate indications, trend studies, and parameter analysis is required. Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills are essential.
