About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Registered Nurse to join our Central Float Pool team at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley. As an RN iFlex, you will work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to patients in various hospital units and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process
  • Assume responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care in a float pool unit
  • Participate in on-call status during peak census periods
  • Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years
  • Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire
  • Current ACLS or NRP certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
