Therapist - Mental Health Clinical Services

The Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults, as assigned. The clinician is accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and quality and compliance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Therapy and Counseling Services: Provides therapy, counseling, and crisis intervention to clients and their families, maintaining direct service hours per month of 60% for advanced clinicians and 56% for others.
- Assessment and Documentation: Creates IMCANS (IATP) assessments, completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in CIS as needed, and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date.
- Case Management: Manages client cases, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Community Consultation: Provides client-centered consultation with community providers, promoting collaborative care.
- Clinical Presentations: Attends and participates in clinical presentations, staying up-to-date on best practices.
- Supervision and Consultation: Utilizes supervision or consultation when required or needed, ensuring high-quality care.
- Progress Notes: Enters all progress notes into the medical record as soon as possible but in no more than three business days of the date of service.
- Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS): Provides timely completion of LOCUS for adults.
- Columbia and Ohio Scales: Provides timely completion of Columbia and Ohio Scales for children.
- Compliance and Policy: Complies with all policy and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Productivity and Scheduling: Maintains productivity goals as determined by supervisor and keeps weekly schedule current.
- Business Office Communication: Responds to the business office regarding client fees/payments in a timely manner.
- Time Off and Requests: Completes requests for time off in a timely manner through the Program Director.
- Accreditation and Certification: Participates in accreditation and certification processes as directed.
- Committee Work: Participates in committee work as directed, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Participates in strategic planning as appropriate, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Community Services: Participates in community-related services as appropriate, promoting the well-being of clients and the community.
- Agency Representation: Represents the agency with integrity, upholding its values and mission.
- Clinical Supervision: Provides clinical supervision to student interns, supporting their growth and development as professionals.
- Clinical Experience: Clinically related graduate degree, LPC, LSW required.
- Professional References: Three professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work.
- Post-Master's Experience: 1 year of post-Master's degree mental health experience required.
