Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Daycare Teacher to join our team at Learning Institute Mke LLC. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a safe and nurturing environment.
About the Role
- Monitor the well-being and safety of children under care while their parents are at work.
- Design engaging craft projects and activities that promote cognitive development and creativity.
- Prepare nutritious snacks and meals for children, ensuring they meet dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare center, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Take children on outings to nearby parks or oversee outdoor playtime.
- Encourage positive interactions among children, preventing conflicts and disputes.
- Discipline children when necessary, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Provide regular updates to parents on children's behavior and progress.
- Administer first aid when required, following established protocols.
- Offer comfort and support to homesick or upset children.
- Develop activities that help children learn alphabet and basic reading skills.
- Arrange and supervise rest times or naptimes, ensuring children's physical and emotional needs are met.
- Care for infants, including feeding, changing, and carrying them.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and overseeing teacher's aides.
- Provide care to sick children, adhering to healthcare guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents in the event of an emergency.
- Address and resolve disputes among children, promoting a harmonious environment.

Education and Experience
A Daycare Teacher typically holds a high school diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
