Key Responsibilities:- Plan, conduct, and evaluate developmental therapy treatment/intervention programs and activities for pediatric patients.
- Interpret physician referrals and determine appropriate treatment procedures.
- Make recommendations concerning standardized treatments or intervention based on developmental indications.
- Complete patient treatments related to various physical skills and functional abilities.
- Evaluate patient response to treatment/intervention and make recommendations on changes in treatment as required.
- Maintain records concerning treatment/intervention provided, including both subjective and objective data.
- Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Early Childhood Education, special education, elementary education, developmental psychology or related fields.
- Credentialed/licensed for Developmental Therapy in the state of IN.
- First Steps experience.
