AFC serves as the parent organization for AFC Franchising, LLC (AFCF). This role is associated with a franchised business location, and specific job responsibilities and benefits may differ among franchises.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Review, finalize, and endorse the form I-693 along with the necessary documentation.
  • Perform physical examinations within the clinic setting.
  • Ensure all patient charts are accurately completed and medical records are maintained promptly.
  • Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Medical License (Mandatory)
  • Designation as a USCIS Civil Surgeon (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues, patients, and their families.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Active and valid medical licensure in the state of practice, along with a DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate, as applicable.
