Our advanced facilities are dedicated to the episodic management of acute health conditions and injuries, as well as workers' compensation and occupational health services. Each center is equipped with an onsite laboratory and in-house radiology capabilities.
AFC serves as the parent organization for AFC Franchising, LLC (AFCF). This role is associated with a franchised business location, and specific job responsibilities and benefits may differ among franchises.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care.
- Review, finalize, and endorse the form I-693 along with the necessary documentation.
- Perform physical examinations within the clinic setting.
- Ensure all patient charts are accurately completed and medical records are maintained promptly.
- Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Medical License (Mandatory)
- Designation as a USCIS Civil Surgeon (Mandatory)
- Strong communication skills with colleagues, patients, and their families.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Active and valid medical licensure in the state of practice, along with a DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate, as applicable.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
