Keke's Breakfast Cafe is seeking a Culinary Specialist for our Clermont location.

The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items accurately and efficiently, as well as portioning and preparing ingredients prior to cooking. Additional responsibilities include various tasks related to food and plate preparation.

• Prepare a diverse range of food items using equipment such as flat top grills, char-broilers, cook tops, waffle bakers, Panini presses, and fryers.
• Ensure the quality of all prepared and served products.
• Consistently adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking techniques, quality benchmarks, and kitchen policies.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of food products at line stations to facilitate smooth service.
• Keep workstations, cooking equipment, and refrigeration areas clean and sanitary.
• Follow proper plating and garnish presentation for all dishes.
• Handle, store, and rotate all food products appropriately.
• Assist with food preparation tasks during slower periods as necessary.
• Properly open and close the kitchen, following the designated closing checklist for kitchen stations.
• Participate in routine kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or on-duty manager.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of our guests.
• Exemplary grooming standards.

• Availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.
• Full-time candidates must consider Keke's as their main employment.
• All employees are required to wear dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on their first day.
• Keke's must be your primary place of employment.
