Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Main Banker to safeguard our casino bankroll. This role is responsible for all cash, chips, and negotiable instruments that flow through the Casino. The starting wage for this position is $18.00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of service standard to ensure the delivery of superior internal/external guest service.
• Count all bank inventory - currency/chips/U.S. Coin prior to performing any cash transactions.
• Prepare daily deposits and ensure accurate financial records.
• Verify all cash drops - F&B Banks/table games/EGD to maintain accurate financial records.
• Responsible for Sensitive Key Log for an assigned shift.
• Maintain hard copy of Marker files to ensure accurate financial records.
• May perform all duties of a Cage Cashier to support the team.
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Knowledgeable of all promotions and events to provide excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent to demonstrate basic education requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age to meet the minimum age requirement.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred to demonstrate relevant skills.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of service standard.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to account for large sums of currency to maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
