Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Grimco. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality control and awareness: Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet our high standards.
  • Assist with roll cutter machinery setup and operation: Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless operation of our machinery.
  • Record accurate quantities and information: Maintain accurate records of production quantities and information.
  • Housekeeping and organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Prepare work area for subsequent shifts: Ensure that the work area is prepared for the next shift to minimize downtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Willingness to complete a criminal background check.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift, twist, push, pull, and carry tools and materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.
  • Prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
  • Ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
  • Full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines.
