Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a Pump Technician, you will play a crucial role in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of Industrial / Municipal / Commercial Pump systems for various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform approximately 50% field work utilizing company provided truck, including working on pumps, motors, controls, pipes, and valves for various clients.
  • Conduct approximately 50% hands-on shop work, inspecting parts, sandblasting, ordering components, painting, and testing systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and company staff.
Requirements
  • GED/HS Diploma
  • Driver's License with a clean record and ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • 3+ years' experience with Industrial Pump diagnosis and repair.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Colorado CDL for a 40-foot trailer/truck.
  • Machining experience with manual Lathe or Mill.
  • Welding TIG, MIG, Stick, for baseplates and pipes, skids.
Benefits

While on contract, benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K. When permanent, benefits include fully paid medical/dental, workers comp, 2 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays, 401K with 4% match, bonus, and profit sharing.
