About the Job:This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors; sanitizing areas; vacuuming carpets; cleaning restrooms; washing windows and walls; moving and arranging furniture and equipment; and picking up outside garbage.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Stock common areas and replace light bulbs as needed
- Tidy throughout the day to prevent trip hazards
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to make decisions in the best interest of residents
