About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Ashtabula, Inc. in Ashtabula, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including floors, bathrooms, common areas, kitchens, private offices, production areas, classrooms, locker rooms, entrances, and walkways.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, replace paper supplies, pick up trash, wax floors, empty trash, and perform other related duties as needed.
  • Ensure building security by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or furnace filters, and removing snow.
  • Use hand or power tools, move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and set up, arrange, and remove decorations.
Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
