Compensation:

$190,000+ at plan commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in networking and prospecting to build a robust client portfolio
  • Conduct client meetings to collect data and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with specialists within the firm to explore and develop new market opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
  • Utilize various communication methods to maintain consistent contact with clients
  • Ensure documentation and records comply with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and develop 2-3 key markets to establish your specialized focus
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in reaching out to prospects to enhance production
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a financial advisor or planner with CRIA expertise
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 along with a 63/65 or 66 license
  • Must hold a Life and Health insurance license
  • Adept at lead generation and enjoys meeting new individuals
  • Excellent listener, focused on addressing each client's unique requirements
  • Open to coaching and dedicated to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Service-oriented with a desire to positively impact the broader community
  • Charismatic communicator who enjoys mentoring and assisting others
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management abilities
