We are seeking a seasoned Senior Living Operations Leader to join our team at Brookdale Skyline in Colorado Springs. About the Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to enhance sales performance and achieve occupancy goals
- Collaborate with district leadership to drive revenue growth and improve financial performance
- Foster a strong sales performance culture and empower community management to meet or exceed occupancy targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local influencers and professionals to raise community profile
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and retention
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience preferred
- Proven record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of senior living operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
