Job Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeping Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Laundry: Change bed linens, make beds, replace used towels, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, replenish bath care products, clean public areas, clean bathrooms, and perform laundry duties.
  • Room Preparation: Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the day.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a contracted position.
  • Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (24 hours per week).
Compensation:
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000-$40,000, based on industry standards and location.
