About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual licensed counselor to join our team at HCO Behavioral Health. As a key member of our telehealth counseling service, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to a diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality telehealth counseling services to clients, ensuring culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish.
  • Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions based on client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress, facilitating seamless collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PLPC
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in either language.
  • At least 1 year of counseling experience, preferably with telehealth experience.
  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of multicultural counseling principles and the capacity to work with diverse populations.

Estimated Salary:** $52,400 - $81,600 per year (based on hourly rate $40-$65)
