Position Overview:

  • Play a pivotal role in the advancement of space exploration by supporting the assembly processes of rocket engines.
  • Transform engineering concepts into operational hardware for testing, qualification, and flight readiness.
  • Improve product quality, minimize expenses, and refine manufacturing techniques and timelines.
  • Create and adjust work instructions, collaborating closely with technicians and material planners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on manufacturing and engineering experience.
  • Expertise in GD&T, CAD, project scheduling, and industry-standard quality systems.
  • Strong ability to collaborate within diverse teams and advocate for inclusivity.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the aerospace or launch vehicle sector.
  • Familiarity with assembly, integration, structural fabrication, and related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Windchill and Creo.
  • Experience in GD&T analysis and the optimization of manufacturing workflows.

Physical Demands:

  • Participate in activities on the production floor.
  • Perform tasks in confined spaces and navigate stairs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
